ZST-122體積和表面電阻測試步驟

*電阻測量法Resistance measurement：

1，連接Connect：

2，樣品放置Sample placement：

A，將測試樣品放在電極箱的背電極平面上，再將另外2個電極（內電極和環形電極）放在測試樣品上，蓋上透明圓形塑料“隔離"

The test sample was placed on the back electrode plane of the electrode box and the other two electrodes(inner electrode and annular electrode) were placed on the test sample，Cover with transparent round plastic"Isolation"

B，將電極箱內的紅色連接線夾在內電極上，黑色連接線夾在環形電極上，關閉電極箱

Clip the red connecting wire in the electrode box on the inner electrode, the black connecting wire on the annular electrode, close the electrode box

C，并將電極箱的選擇開關撥至“RV"位置，測量體積電阻；或撥至“RS"位置，測量表面電阻

The selection switch of the electrode box is set to the "RV" position to measure the volume resistance, or to the "RS" position to measure the surface resistance

3，校零：打開電源 → 放在測量電壓就近的 .000檔位 →“保持"往下（其他白色的開關往上） → 10⁵Ω檔位 → 開始調零

Zero：Power on →  In gear .000 near the measuring voltage →  Hold down (other white switches up) →Stall 10⁵ Ω → Start zeroing 4，測量：在10⁵Ω檔位 → 檢查數值（若出現1，每隔3-5秒逐漸提高檔位，直至出現非1的數值）→ “保持"向上→稍等→

出現H，讀數值，乘以相應檔位

Measure： At 10⁵Ω stalls → Check the value (if 1 occurs, gradually raise the gear every 3-5 seconds until non-1 occurs)→ Keep it up → Half a moment!  →H, read the values, multiply by the corresponding gear

5，測量結束：“保持"往下 →回到 .000檔位 → 10⁵Ω檔位 （此時可以更換樣品或者結束）→ 關閉電源

End of measurement：Keep it down →Back to .000 gear →Gear 10⁵Ω(Samples can be replaced or finished) →Power off

6，電阻率 換算公式 請在說明書中查找

*微電流測量法Micro current measurement：

1+2，連接和樣品放置與電阻測量法相同：Connection and sample placement are the same as resistance measurements

3，校零：打開電源 →  放在測量電壓就近的 .000檔位  →“保持"往下，撥向“電流"和“平衡" → 10^-5A檔位 → 開始調零

Zero：Power on →  In gear .000 near the measuring voltage  → Hold down and dial to current and balance  → 10^-5 A gear

→ Start zeroing

4，測量：“平衡"撥回“測量"→ 在10⁵A檔位 → 檢查數值（若出現0，每隔3-5秒逐漸提高檔位，直至出現非0的數值）→ 

“保持"向上→稍等→ 出現H，讀數值，乘以相應檔位

Measure： "Balance" dial back "Measure"  → At 10⁵A stalls → Check the value (if 0 occurs, gradually raise the gear every 3-5 seconds until non-0 occurs) → Keep it up → Half a moment!  →H, read the values, multiply by the corresponding gear

5，測量結束：“保持"往下 →回到 .000檔位 → 10^-5A檔位 （此時可以更換樣品或者結束）→ 關閉電源

End of measurement：Keep it down →Back to .000 gear →Gear 10^-5 A gear (Samples can be replaced or finished)→Power off

6，電阻 = 電壓 ÷ 電流，電阻率 換算公式 請在說明書中查找
