XNR-400W型熔融指數(shù)測試儀說明：

XNR-400W型熔融指數(shù)測試儀是根據(jù)GB/T 3682的試驗(yàn)方法，用于測定熱塑性高聚物在高溫下的流動(dòng)性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400W型熔體流動(dòng)速率測定儀采用工業(yè)PLC可編程控制器，觸摸屏操作平臺(tái)，漢字液晶顯示；該機(jī)自動(dòng)控溫從操作方法上分為手動(dòng)、時(shí)控、自動(dòng)三種切料方式,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)質(zhì)量法（MFR）和體積法（MVR）兩種試驗(yàn)方法；該機(jī)能夠測得原料在試驗(yàn)溫度下的熔融密度，系統(tǒng)同時(shí)具有溫度校準(zhǔn)功能。

XNR-400W melt index apparatus:

XNR-400W type melt index tester is according to the test method for the determination of 3682GB/T, the fluidity of thermoplastic polymers under high temperature, such as polyethylene,polypropylene, poly formaldehyde, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon fluorine plastic and otherpolymer. XNR-400W type of melt flow rate measurer using industrial PLC programmablecontroller, touch screen operation platform, Chinese characters liquid crystal display; the machine automatic temperature control from the method of operation is divided into manual,time control, automatic three cutting mode, can realize mass method (MFR method) and volume(MVR) of the two test methods; the machine can measure the melt density at the test temperature of the material, the system also has the function of temperature calibration.
